Where is this rain and wind you speak of. I for one, in Goodyear can remember one day with any significant rainfall since April.

Is there anywhere else besides "The Reef" that has public beach access? I remember years back out near Playa Encanto. The dirt road would turn right before the beach and fork off to the top of the hill. There, you could park and walk down to a deserted beach. Nice sand, great water and NO ONE...

Does RP stil have a shrimp season? Heard... or read on this board that shrimping in the waters of RP are long dead. I also heard on this board most of the shrimp found at the fish markets are frozen and brought in from other loactions.
